Mindfulness Meditation at The ASD Clinic

If you are an adult with ASD and have been suffering with anxiety - perhaps your whole life - mindfulness may be the answer.

Warren Gibson provides a 6 week Mindfulness for Adults with Anxiety Program. All sessions are one-to-one with Warren, who has been trained in mindfulness meditation and has a particular interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The program includes a range of resources, and participants are asked to do a small amount of practice between sessions.
