Warren (he/him) is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the fields of disability and mental health, with a special interest in ASD.

He is trained in mindfulness (ACT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), chairwork, and EMDR.

Warren works with children and adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety (chronic worry, social anxiety and panic attacks)
  • Trauma (PTSD and Complex PTSD)
  • Depression
  • Anger and irritability 
  • Chronic avoidance
  • Shame and self-loathing

Warren is the author of A Journey of Five Masters, a book inspired by his experience as a therapist and his reflections on navigating life's challenges.  Written for both children and adults, the book explores themes of growth, resilience, self-discovery and the lessons we encounter along the way.
